Service is quick. The staff are friendly. The drinks were delicious. I had the two mezcal cocktails. Very well made. The shrimp tacos were spicy and so good. Loved it. They come with crunchy tacos. Perfectly made. The decor is nice. The place is well lit. Great stop when at Disney springs

After realizing we needed a drink and a quick bite while strolling through Disney Springs, we made our way to the bar at Frontera Cocina and dipped into a gin and tonic and another drink that I can't remember (I thought it was a Mezcal-based drink). We also order the two-way chips and salsa - included guacamole and a pumpkin seed hummus. The drinks were great and the chips were just right - a free re-supply of chips but we did not need them but the guac and hummus were amazing. Hard to go wrong sitting at the bar!

Lunch time! Stopped here during a fun day at Disney Springs. We were seated inside and it was quite quiet at the time with beautiful eclectic decor. Gabby was our waitress and made us feel like familia! Service was great. We ordered the chips and verde guac which was absolutely delish 9/10. I ordered for my main meal the creamy chicken enchiladas suiza. It was just alright, I think there are way too many flavors with this dish - like it's just really really rich in flavors and very salty. I will give it a 5/10. I would prefer a more simpler enchilada.

Chips, salsa, and guac - 8/10, very good seasoning, guac was in all of our dishes and was amazing! Carne asada tacos - 7/10, good carne asada flavor, beans are beans & weren't my favorite b/c odd aftertaste, gives you tortilla on the side and you have you assemble it together Cochinita Pibil - my bf gives it an 8.5/10, said it was juicy and loved the guac, also said the salsa was way too spicy Overall: great atmosphere, loved the decor & high ceilings, good food, would come here to take family and friends.

One of my favorite spots when I'm in Orlando. I'm a fan of Rick Bayless and have eaten at several of his Chicago restaurants and while perhaps it doesn't have the same vibe as the spots in Chicago, Frontera Cocina is still a winner. The food is wonderful and if you're lucky enough to get a table near the water, it's magical. Highly recommend the guacamole- some of the best I've ever enjoyed. This specific visit was for a business dinner and there were six guests in total. Everyone raved about their food (I only grabbed a pic of mine though!) and their beverages. The service was very prompt and our server had great recommendations. You could tell he was trying to get us to move on after we finished though (which is understandable) so if you're wanting a leisurely meal with friends, maybe not the best spot. I was completely fine with it but just something to note if it applies to you/your group. Huge pro: everything on the menu is gluten free with the exception of one item. So easy and refreshing to be able to get almost anything without modifications! Thank you!!!!

What a beautifully vibrant restaurant. Was in Disney springs for vaca and my family and I decided to dine here. Our waitress was a doll very accommodating to our needs with my grandson and very personable. Our food was delicious and the service wonderful. We had the fresh guacamole with chips for the table and I had the chicken enchiladas which were delicious. Only wish I took more pics of their meals. They also have outdoor seating in the back which is nice too. You should definitely try it you won't be disappointed and don't forget to try their drinks.

They have a special drink for St. Patrick's Day. Is amazing!!!! It tastes so good, it has glitter and they give you a pin. The wait time is super short and good. And the place looks modern and colorful! Definitely coming back :)

3.9 ... How? ... Why? We had an awesome experience, not sure how they could do any better! The service from Christopher was perfect and even the manager Fernandez delivered our Appetizers. We had the HALF and HALF awesome taste perfect chips not too oily, not too salty, just perfect. We had the Roasted Vegetables, subbed out poblano cream sause for a non dairy option, was awesome!

An important reason for me to try this restaurant is that I am a fan of Frontera Grill and XOCO (both in Chicago), and of course a fan of Rick Bayless. So I had dinner in this restaurant after traveling around the Disney resort. The restaurant is in the middle of Disney Spring, with beautiful decor inside and a patio next to a river in Disney Spring. I ordered Toasted Pumpkin Seed "Hummus" (actually Sikil P'ak?) sub chips for tortilla and Red-chile Duck Carnitas Enchiladas. Both dishes were delicious. I especially like how spicy they were -- more spicy than most Mexican restaurants in U.S. Besides, the sauce of enchiladas was very rich and thick, the salsa was fresh, and the jicama for "hummus" was juicy and sweet. I also tried making tacos with the hummus and it was pretty good! In general the restaurant can be viewed as a more casual version of Frontera Grill with a smaller menu. In fact I think the food in both restaurant have similar flavor and quality. The dishes in Frontera Grill have more variety and creativity. In this restaurant, however, you experience a happy, friendly, children-oriented vibe. For example, when the kid sitting at the table next to me was slicing a birthday cake, all the staff stopped the work and sang "happy birthday to you" to him/her. Those who love Mexican food should not miss this spot while having fun in Disney resort!
